How do I delete my account?
Open the app, go to Profile → Settings → Delete Account. This will permanently delete your account and all associated data. This action cannot be undone.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed through the App Store. Go to Settings on your iPhone → tap your name → Subscriptions → Pros in Health → Cancel Subscription. You'll retain access until the end of your billing period.
Is my data shared with third parties?
No. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties. Your resume, profile information, and usage data stay private. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
How do I report a bug?
Send an email to support@prosinhealth.com with a description of the issue, what you were doing when it occurred, and your device type. Screenshots are helpful.
